Leaning into my dual British-Irish citizenship, I have been exploring more traditional Irish music, which has always been a passion and musical interest of mine. As part of the WI's national focus on mental health, I was invited to speak at the Annual Clyst Valley meeting. It was a privilege to be able to advocate music therapy and reflect upon some of the everyday uses of music we can all tap into to support positive mental health and wellbeing!
